Rebecca Tudor Binion was born February 21, 1919 in Union Gap, Washington. She passed away August 17, 2014 in Shelton, Wa. Rebecca is survived by her sons Patrick and Arnold Binion, daughter Penny Buhr, nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
