Rich hired me in September 1982 as a clerk at the Winston Cashett law firm.  It was my first legal job and turned out to be my absolute honor to have worked and learn from a person that exuded such complete integrity and competence. I learned skills that served me well for my entire legal career.
It has been my honor to have known this fine gentleman.  May he rest in peace.
