Richard "Rich" Halvorsen, 48, passed away in Kirkland, Washington on March 3, 2019. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on October 31st, 1970 to Diane & John Halvorsen. Rich was an artistic soul who enjoyed a career as a residential painter, but loved to create beautiful artwork in his spare time. He is survived by his beloved wife of 17 years Katie, his two sons Billy and Hayden, his mother Diane, sibilings, and many other friends and family members.
