Rika P Pajoman

Born November 2, 1910 in Afognak, AK, left to be with our Lord on February 6, 2009. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 63 years, Carl W. Pajoman of Seattle. She is survived by her two sisters, Phoebe Loughead and Sonja Norton of Seattle; daughters, Darlene N. and husband Jerrold H. Goetz of Edmonds; Carla L. and husband Gary W. Fletcher of Cle Elum and a son, Ronald Pajoman of Edmonds; 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Our loving mother always talked about her life in Alaska where she was born and grew up sharing her life with her sisters and brothers. She has special memories of Afognak and Kodiak. Our mother showed us her love with her wonderful cooking and baking, especially cookies and a special salmon dish called piroke. She was loved so very much and will be missed tremendously by all. Services will be held Wednesday, February 11, 1:00PM; St. Spiridon Orthodox Cathedral 400 Yale Ave. N. Seattle. Private committal, Evergreen Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of choice would be Rika's request. A celebration of life is planned for the spring and will be announced at a later date.
