

A graduate of Garfield High School, Bob was the proud owner/operator of Russell's Fair Meat Market. Located in the heart of Chinatown where it was the only butcher shop, you could get a custom cut of meat, a free hot dog or a winning lottery ticket.
A kind, generous, intelligent, loving and caring man, he had a quick smile and a ready laugh for everyone. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, reading, gambling, traveling, a good meal and to do anything or go anywhere with his family. The loss of his presence is felt deeply by all who loved him.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Walter, Nancy, Ruby, Roosevelt and Bill, his wife Georgie and his son Steven. He is survived by his children, Ruby (Jack), Patrick, Mary Ellen (Greg), Mark, Joanne (Eric), his grandchildren (7), his great grandchildren (7), brothers Halbert (Nancy), Pelly (Sheryl) and Tony (Dorienne) and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Evergreen Washelli funeral home on Sat., June 29 from 10am to 1pm.
