Born May 14, 1948 in Port Angeles; passed away June 26, 2014 in Seattle at age 66. Bob was a graduate of St. Edwards Seminary, a proud veteran of the US Air Force and retired after many years at QWest.
He is survived by a daughter, Shannon Haider; sons, Brian Watkins MD (& wife Ingrid MD) and Paul Watkins (& wife Ursula); his best friend and companion, Julia Watkins; cherished grandchildren, Liam and Trygve Watkins, Lillian and Daniel Haider, Alana, Sullivan and Nova Rae Watkins; sisters, Mary Krischano, Barbara (Randy) Johnson, and Julie (Wayne) Carroll; brothers, Paul (Lori) Watkins, Phil (Debbie) Watkins; step-father, Jay Davis and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by his father, Bob Watkins Sr; mother, Marie Davis, and a brother, John.
