Robert O. Willingham

Robert is survived by his wife, Gantuya Willingham of 9 years. They were married in Seattle on September 16, 2005. He is also survived by his daughter Amanda, aged 7.

Robert is remembered by his mother Hilary of Oak Harbor, his sister Carolyn of Tacoma, his sister Susan of Seattle and his brother Richard of Hamilton, NJ.

Robert was born in Seattle, WA on February 5, 1964. He graduated from Oak Harbor High School in 1982 and from the University of Washington in 1986. He worked for Eddie Bauer for 28 years as an IT Network Specialist where he was remembered by a co-worker for his dry wit and unending patience with those who were "Tech Challenged".

Robert found his greatest adventure in raising his daughter, Amanda and being with his wife, Gantuya. His determination to provide the best possible life for them, even while battling for his own life against his cancer, made him an inspiration to his family and everyone around him. Every additional day that he gained to spend with his family over his 5-year fight with cancer was a victory against the disease.
