

Rodman B. Miller passed away peacefully on April 29, 2026 at the age of 101. He was born on August 8, 1924, to parents Marie Louise and Roy C. Miller. A proud graduate of Lincoln High School in Seattle he joined the debate team, tennis team, boy scouts and became president of the French Club. Following in the footsteps of his father, he graduated from the University of Washington Law School in 1950. Prior to practicing law, he joined the Army Air Corp as a weather observer. After his stint in the army, he began practicing law and eventually began his own practice.
He met his wife Alice, a teacher, at a YMCA dance. They married in 1953 and had three children. Rod is predeceased by his wife Alice, his son Michael, and his daughter-in-law Beverly. He is survived by his son Paul (Carol), daughter Kathleen V., daughter-in- law Pamela, and grandchildren Erik (Matthew) and Corinne (Justin) and his companion Kathy.
