Rolando Valdez was born in Dumanpot, Asingan, Pangasinan, Philippines on November 23rd, 1954 to Ramon and Sabina Valdez. Rolando was the youngest of 8 children. He is survived by 8 of his siblings: Adriana, Benvenido, Enerio, Editha, Jaime, and Ernesto; half-siblings, Crystal Valdez-Stoklosa and Jonathan Valdez; many nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Rolando was independent and loved to learn, garden and travel to places like Las Vegas. He was an owner/operator of a successful landscaping company. An avid learner, Rolando always wanted to learn more about his field of work. He would attend Green River College and South Seattle Community College to improve his skills in things such as Horticulture and sprinkler systems and other subjects to help him grow his business.
Rolando was a kind, talented, honorable man who left us all too soon. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
