Rosa Elia Sahagun Garcia

Rosa Elia Sahagun Garcia, age 37, of Lynnwood, Washington passed away on Saturday, June 26, 2021. Rosa was born January 23, 1984 in Cuautla, Jalisco, Mexico to Antonia Garcia Pelayo and Maria de Jesus Galvan Camacho.

Rosa married Pedro Ochoa Sahagun, and together they had three beautiful sons. Rosa was a woman of integrity, loyal to her family, friends, her community, and the Church. She had a strong desired to advocate for the needs of others including immigrants, victims of domestic violence, and children. She volunteered for the causes near to her heart especially with the School and her Church.

She is preceded in death by her uncle Antonio Galvan.

She is survived by her husband Pedro, their sons Saul, Yael, and Abraham, her parents Antonia Garcia Pelayo and Maria de Jesus Galvan Camacho, her 12 siblings: Laura, Luz Mercedez, Ramon, Francisco, Araceliz, Maria de Jesus (Cheui), Maria Rosario, Alma, Norma, Ana C, and Gustavo, her aunt, and uncle Anna Berta & Rodrigo Galvan, cousins Gilberto and Rafaela and her best friends Paola & Beatriz.

A funeral mass will be held in her honor on Friday, July 9, 2021, at 11:00 am with viewing an hour prior, at St. Thomas Moore Parish, 6511 176th St SW, Lynnwood, WA 98037.
