It was your birthday yesterday. And the earth cried a little. it was sad you weren't there to celebrate. today it's sunny to celebrate who you are and who you are with Jesus. We needed to rain to remind us we feel things too. just like the earth. and the sun came out to remind us of your love and the warmth you leave in all our heart. My Aunt Rosemary was the epitome of joy. I can't think about her without smiling, because whenever she was around, we were smiling, laughing, and happy. Rosemary valued God and her family, and loved life.  She made you feel special and important when you were around her, no matter if you were a three-year-old child or an elderly adult. Even though she lived all the way across the country, she made a point to be there for her nieces and nephews when it mattered, such as a graduation or the birth of a baby.  Each one of my babies has a special quilt made by Rosemary, with lots of love and care. I will cherish those even more now, as much as all of the wonderful memories. My favorite memory of Rosemary is when I was able to take a road trip with her from Virginia to Texas and back. We stopped through several states on the way down and back, and Rosemary and I usually shared a room. We really bonded that trip and got to know each other well. She was caring, and easy to talk to. I know Rosemary touched so many lives, and will be missed tremendously. I look forward to the sweet reunion we will have in heaven, when I can finally experience one of her big bear hugs again.  My thoughts and prayers are with you, Tuben family, and all of those who knew and loved her.  1 Corinthians 2:9

Rosemary's kind hearted nature and infectious laugh will be greatly missed. I could always count on Rosemary for a lending hand along with a smile. She was a colleague and will be greatly missed amongst her Bank of America friends.

It has been a pleasure to live next to the Tuben family and especially Rosemary since 1964.  So sorry and saddened by your sudden loss.  Such a caring and lovely family.  I always knew if I needed help I could count on your family.  Haven't seen Rosemary much since the community put up the ally gate.  I tried hard to make them let her continue using that entrance of the property to no avail.

I am now the last of the old timers in the Westover community.  Bob passed away Oct. of 2023 .  I will miss seeing the lights on late every night.  Won't be the same with her.  Sending love and Blessings to you all as you celebrate her life.  Cherie Dutton

I just loved working with Rosemary at Bank of America. We work together for five years or so at teller services.
She had the most infectious laugh and a quick whit! I will miss you, my friend! Rest in peace, dear sweet Rosemary you made working at the bank a lot of fun.

I’ve been trying for days to think of how I could possibly put into words what Rosemary means to me and it doesn’t seem possible. What I can say is that she knew every one of her niece or nephews birthdays, graduations, weddings, or other important events. I know cause I would quiz her. I felt like I knew about her co workers or about the people she volunteered with. She took the time to get to know anyone she spent time with. During one of her early beach trips with us to SC she really wanted to treat everyone to dinner because she felt she wasn’t contributing.  It didn’t matter that at that dinner was my mom’s friend, and her mother or my friend, his wife, and his kid. She paid for everyone. That friend hasn’t seen her since but still asks about my Aunt Rosemary because of her generosity that night. The thing is she was like that every day. We texted often, about everything from food to what tv shows we were watching along with lots of other silly stuff but no matter what she always asked about Jenni and Elizabeth and asked me to pass along her love. That’s just who she was. I’ll miss her terribly, but she often talked about missing her mom and now they’re together in a much better place.

I am grateful and thankful I got to call Rosemary my aunt. She was a sweet, kind, and loving person. Her heart was as big as the earth. I couldn’t wait for our annual beach trip to North Myrtle Beach, SC every year to see her and spend time with her.  She was my foodie pal and we would eat the town up, literally (Melt, Clark’s, the list goes on and on). My favorite memory is playing cards together. Casino will not be the same without her. The picture is the last win she had from our family game book. I will miss her saying “Give me a jokaaah” when playing 9-up. I will miss her laugh, her smile but will cherish all the memories we have together. John 11:25 “Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me, even if he dies, will live.” Rosemary will live in our hearts forever.

To write what is in my heart is impossible. This video exemplifies Rosemary’s loving and generous spirit with her time and presence. Here, she is helping Elizabeth, her great niece, make apple betty. I am sure all of the family has tasted and enjoyed it at one time or another. The family vacations (staying through a Cat 1 hurricane, touring the Charleston tea plantation, the only one in the US, nature walks, touring homes for sale, eating at our favorite, Clark’s etc etc). Jerry and I miss our daily games of Globle and Connections that we shared with her every single day. I Corinthians 13 (called the love chapter), says “love never fails” and ends the chapter with “And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.” Rosemary loved deeply and was deeply loved. We are truly blessed to have known her.

I will miss my aunt Rosemary very much.  My entire life I have lived a few thousand miles away from her, but I saw her regularly due to her generosity with her time and her love for her family.  In recent years, her annual trips to the east coast allowed my wife and my children (she is pictured with my two boys) to know and love Rosemary, and I will always be grateful for that.  

Rosemary was warm, purely kind, quick to joke and quick to laugh.  It was always a joy to be in her presence, just as it is to know that so many in her family and her community were able to experience the same.

Rosemary and my brother Mark with his youngest, at my wedding in 2016 - I think it captures well Rosemary's spirit; always happy to fly across the country to take part in family events, bonds with new family members, and help to celebrate milestones and memories. She will be dearly missed as a cornerstone of family events.

I have worked with Rosemary for what feels like forever. She was one of a kind, and one of the most kindest individuals that I have had the pleasure to meet.  Though we "only" worked together, we always shared stories and became friends over the years.  

I was so sad to hear about Rosemary, and I can honestly say, she made an impact on so many people. We always lived across the US from each other (Delaware) but I always felt the warmth when we connected, like a big hug.  

I am so sorry for your loss.  Rest in Peace Rosemary.

I had the pleasure of working with Rosemary on several projects over the years.  Working with her was always a great experience.  She demonstrated such warmth and kindness in all of her interactions, and I loved the times we would just connect for a few minutes here and there to small talk about life.  I am so very sorry for her family and loved one's loss.   She was a wonderful colleague, always positive and sincere, and she will be missed greatly.

Sending my Thoughts. Prayers and Condolences.  It was a shock to hear of Rosemary's passing. I had just talked to her previously as she was helping me with a project. We talked about her last vacation to Hawaii and how much she enjoyed it. She loved seeing my pictures on FB and talked about family. She has the most beautiful laugh, you could actually see her smile just listen to her. We only worked together a few years but felt like I knew her for a lifetime. We never met in person but one day we will meet. Rosemary you will be missed so much, RIP until we meet.

I was saddened to hear about Rosemary's passing. Although we never met in person, I had the opportunity to work with her on a recent project, and I will always remember how helpful and patient she was as I got up to speed. She will be missed. My thoughts are with her family, friends, and coworkers during this difficult time.

I am truly at a loss for words. Rosemary, my sweet cousin, was a beautiful woman inside and out. We connected in recent years through social media, more so since our Moms passed away the same year.  She was devoted to family just as her Mom was. May she rest in peace❤️🙏

Although I never met Rosemary live and in person I considered her a great co worker and we worked together on many challenging projects. She was awesome to work with and we shared a sense of humor in the corporate workplace. I remember we had discussions about retiring in the same over 55 communities in south carolina. Also I remember one time she was late for a meeting and she told me she locked herself put of the house and had to crawl in a window. I will miss you my friend. Rest in peace.

May God comfort the loved ones left behind as you rest in peace in the arms of our Lord and Savior! Your gentle spirit and kind soul carried me through tough times as a child. We did get each other in trouble a time or two and had to put our heads down on the desk where we continued to laugh ourselves into more trouble! I'm glad we shared that memory together!!

Rosemary was a beautiful light of joy and love at Cathedral Kitchen. She was always sharing with not only those volunteering in the kitchen but with our guests who have so little. We will miss you, but always will love you. 💕 knowing you are now with Jesus. ✝️

I worked with her at the Bon Marche. We lived together for about a year on Capitol Hill. We always would meet downtown, and go out for dinner together. She was my maid of honor at my wedding!  I will miss her.  💝🙏

I’ve had the privilege to know and work with Rosemary for 11 years, and she was so much more than just a colleague; she was a dear friend. We spent countless late nights collaborating on projects, and I always felt incredibly fortunate to have her as my teammate. Her knowledge was vast, and those moments spent working with her are among my favorite memories.

Whenever we chatted, our conversations always started with family — she genuinely cared about mine and loved sharing stories about her home and her beloved nieces and nephews. Rosemary had a remarkable ability to connect with people on a personal level. Even though we never met in person, our bond was strong, built through heartfelt conversations online and over the phone.

When I heard of her passing, my heart broke. Rosemary was kind, thoughtful, and deeply caring. I miss her more than words can express. Not a day goes by that I don’t wish I could reach out to her, hoping for a reply. 

I grieve her loss alongside you and send my heartfelt prayers and thoughts during this difficult time. I loved her very much, and in my heart, I believe her spirit will live on in all of us who were fortunate enough to know her.

Rosemary and I worked together over the past 6 years.  She was always there to answer a question and became a confidant in times of stress.  She was valued and very much loved.  I will miss her.

Please accept my condolences for your loss. I am sharing in your sadness as you remember your loved one, Rosemary.  She was a great friend over the last couple decades at work. The last 5 years our friendship had deepened and I am heartbroken over the loss of such a wonderful, caring friend. I am so sorry for your loss.  I worked very closely with Rosemary for the past 3 years and we became friends.  She is missed so much.  Every day I am reminded she isn't here and what we have lost.  Her gentle spirit and loving nature were always a comfort in times of stress at work and even personally.
