Rusty was always so kind and always asked about my son Joey. He also was so helpful to my mother when se would come to get her neds, always helping her out. I can't imagine walking past that window and not seeing his smiling face there,  even tough he has not sat at that wi do for years I still look for him every time i go to tge pharmacy.. God Bless his soul for enriching so many lives who walked by his window, he will be forever missed.

Sorry to to hear of my cousin, joining his family in Heaven. My Condolences to you cousins. God Bless You All.June Ames.  He sure resemblance of his Uncle Barney Ruiz.

He was a very nice fella, easy to speak with and his personality was pleasant to be around.  He will be missed.

This is the last picture i took of Rusty - on Christmas Eve when he came up to visit up in Team 2 at FHC Capitol Hill Group Health - he had candy canes in the santa bag

I will miss Rusty.   He was someone one doesn't easily forget ....his smile, his humor, his outstanding and fun Halloween costumes, his assistance to patients at Group Health.   He was my go-to-person in the business office and I brought patients to meet him especially for his help.  I think there was depth of character to this gentle man.  May his family find comfort to know that so many think kindly of him and he mattered.

Rusty always brightened the day with his smile, and he touched more lives than he probably even imagined, just by that smile and kind words. Knowing that I'll never see him again and that I won't walk by his office every night to say, "Good night, Rusty" and hear him respond, "Have a good night" makes me very sad.  I only hope he went to bed that night with a smile on his face knowing his beloved Seahawks had won! Such a great guy! It's never going to be the same without him.

Rusty was a very dear and special man . My son, who has learning disabilities loved to pick up his mediicines from " Rusty's counter " at the pharmacy and would wait in line for him, even if there was no one in line at the other counter. Rusty always kept us entertained with his humor and great Halloween costumes . Love and peace, dear man

God has gained another Angel and we have gained pride in having known that Angel.  Wear your wings proudly dear friend.  You have earned them.

Checking-in to our GroupHealth appointments with Rusty on Friday afternoons was always a real treat to my 3 year old autistic son Noah. Noah always wanted to "count the fish" in his mechanical aquarium. Rusty always smiled and laughed. We will miss those smiles and laughs.
