RUTH E. BECKER, age 86, of Seattle, passed away on July 11, 2002. She was born on January 12, 1916 in Corry, Pennsylvania. Ruth worked as a medical assistant for the University of Washington. She is survived by her daughters, Janet Manske & husband Richard, of Redmond; Nancy Rankin & husband Bob, of North Bend; grandchildren, Eric Manske & Kristin Wingerson; great grandchildren, Paige & Jared Wingerson; brothers, J. Chapin Hatch, Walter Hatch; sister, Grace Otis; and by many nieces, nephews, relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by husband, Arthur Becker & sister, Mary Morris. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 19, 2002, beginning with a 12:00 Noon graveside committal service at Evergreen Memorial Park, Seattle, followed with a 1:30 PM Memorial Service at Bethany Lutheran Church, 7400 Woodlawn Ave. N.E., Seattle, WA 98115.
