Scott was born August 5, 1957 to Mary and Loren (Dave) Davenport in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was raised in Richmond Beach - Shoreline, Washington and was a longtime resident of the Northwest. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, fishing and playing cards. He will be remembered for his charisma, big heart and infectious sense of humor.
He is survived by his parents, Mary and Dave Davenport; brother Mark Davenport; children Troy and Christie Davenport, nieces Nicole and Elisha Paulley-Davenport and grandchildren; Brian, Mia and Jade Davenport.
