

Sheila Renee Pung, 49, of Lynnwood Washington, passed away on November 28, 2011. She was born October 22, 1962 in Moses Lake, Washington to William and Sonja Frazier. She attended Wapato schools and graduated in 1981. While in high school she excelled in cross country and track. During the summer months she was a life guard at the Wapato swimming pool. She attended Western Washington University and graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She worked full time in this field for 5 years. She married James Pung on August 13, 1988 in Federal Way Washington.
Sheila and Jim started their family while Sheila continued to utilize her education and work experience while volunteering within the Edmonds school district over the last 20 years.
Sheila was a very devoted wife and mother. It was paramount that she attends all of her children's activities. Sheila enjoyed camping with family and friends. Sheila was a great hostess, always greeting people with open arms and a huge smile. The Bunco and coffee group was such a huge part of her life. She oh so looked forward to these gatherings. The ladies involved in these groups are awesome and have done so much for the family.
She was preceded in death by her Grandparents. She is survived by her husband James Pung, son Andrew, daughters Shawna and Sarah, parents William and Sonja Frazier, brothers Ken (Dorene) and Kevin (Kimber) Frazier. She also has numerous Uncles, Aunts, Nieces, Nephews, and cousins.
Sheila was such an exceptional person and touched so many lives. Her strong faith, positive attitude, brought her through this difficult journey. She never complained once! Love Ya. "Staying Strong"
