Tod was born October 27 1961 in Seattle to Larry and Eleanore Allen. He was the seventh of eight children. He is survived by sister Nancy, and brothers Larry, James and Richard. Tod grew up in the north Admiral district of West Seattle and graduated from West Seattle High School. He worked for Bel R nursery before taking a job at Fox plumbing for a few years but decided to return to Bel R now known as Phytelligence. Tod loved to interact with his nieces and nephews as they were growing up. He will truly be missed by all.
