Age 89. Born April 7, 1912 in Center, Missouri; the daughter of Ed and Maude Anderson. Billie grew up in Prosser, WA. and moved to Seattle in 1937. She passed away on December 14, 2001, after a long illness. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Perry and her daughter, Billie Jo Cultice. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Perry and Sheila Miller; grandchildren, Marc Cultice, Mike Miller and wife Mick and Patrick Miller and wife Susan. She will also be missed by four great-grandchildren, her sister Kate Robbins of Portland Oregon and many nieces and nephews. A long time member of Eastern Star, she held many offices and was a past Matron of the Mecca and Queen Anne Chapters. Eastern Star services will be held Thursday, December 20; 2:00PM, Evergreen-Washelli Funeral Home Chapel 11111 Aurora Ave N. Seattle. Burial to follow, Evergreen Memorial Park. The family would like to express their gratitude to her care giver, Sharon Briest, and to the Group Health Hospice staff, who made her last days a little easier. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Group Health Hospice or to the charity of one?s choice.
