
He was one of eight children, born and reared in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He played and loved the game of hockey. Summers were spent at a family summer camp in the mountains of Quebec where fishing was prime.
Victor enjoyed a successful career in restaurant management after moving to the United States. He and his wife, Camellia, settled in Seattle in 1962. Their three children are Seattleites.
He is survived by his loving family: Camellia Lee, wife; daughters Donna Welch Dr. Dean Welch; Michelle Lee Steve Pool; and Christina Yaden Christian Yaden; granddaughters Isabella Yaden, Lindsey Pool and Marissa Pool; sisters and brother: Emma Quon, Calgary, Canada; Elsie Seto, Toronto, Canada; Ann Scott Bill, Montreal Canada; Muriel Lee, Montreal, Canada, and Richard Lee Emma of Montreal, Canada. Many nieces and nephews also survive him.
Visitation will be held at Evergreen-Washelli Funeral Home Chapel, Saturday, September 16, 2PM. Following visitation a funeral service will be held at 3PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Stroke Association.
