Victor moved to Ballard in his youth and graduated from Ballard High School in "1936", then onto the University of Washington, where he studied engineering. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his family and friends.
Victor worked in the aerospace industry for Boeing for a number of years, also surveying for the Federal Government in the City of Seattle. As a veteran, Victor served in the Air Force during WWII in North Africa. In retirement, he enjoyed going to estate and yard sales and selling at swap meets and antique malls.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife Hazel - together for 61 years and a younger brother John. Victor is survived by a daughter, Marjorie Hoffner, son-in-law David Hoffner, one granddaughter Kris Lee, her husband Albert Lee III, and two great grandchildren Jasmine Rose, and Albert IV.
