88, passed away on January 23, 2008 in Bothell WA. She was born August 16, 1919 in Chicago, Illinois and has been a resident of Bothell for 25 years. Virginia was preceded in death by her husband James Van Kirk of 53 years. She is survived by two daughters and one son, Ginny Kaufman of Covington, WA. Kathy Hamilos of Gloucester, MA, and David Van Kirk of Anchorage AK; seven grandchildren and one great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Northshore United Church of Christ in Woodinville, WA at 2:00 PM, Monday, January 28, 2008. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
