Walter H. Rockfellow, went to be with the Lord, Dec. 5, 2013 in his Seattle home at the age of 84. Wally was born on Sept. 8, 1929 in Los Angeles, CA. At 2 he moved to Seattle with his Mother and Grandparents and remained in the Greenlake area. Wally graduated from Lincoln HS in 1949 and later owned and operated Rockfellow Dental Lab.
Passions in life included palms and was an active member of the NW Hardy Palm Society. Wally's hobbies included gardening, traveling, boating and especially spending time with his family.
Wally was preceded in death by his wife Barbara of 52 years. He is survived by his two daughters Diane Bowers and Debra Knight, son-in-laws, Duane Bowers and Neil Knight, Grandchildren Nelson and Nolan Knight Kyle and Granddaughter-in-law Melissa Bowers, Kendra and Grandson-in-law Jason Both, and Great Grandchildren Ava, Savannah, Braelyn and Landon.
Dad's kind nature and gentle spirit will always be treasured in our hearts. We were blessed to have been his daughters and our Dad will be forever missed.
