William Franklin Finch, age 68, of Edmonds, Washington passed away on Thursday November 14, 2019. William was born September 21, 1951 in Coeur d'Alene ID, and is a Veteran of the US Air Force.
Survived by his beloved wife, Kathleen, and son, Jeremy; sisters, Charlene, Rebecca, Deborah, Pamela, and many nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by brothers, Allen, James and Carl Jr.
