William Rodney Starkel, age 83, of Everett, Washington passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2022.
A visitation for William will be held Wednesday, October 19, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Evergreen Washelli Funeral Home, 11111 Aurora Ave N, Seattle, WA 98133, followed by a funeral service from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
