Elvira R Jechow

Elvira R. Jechow passed away on November 16, 2012 at the age of 74. She was born at home in Guadalupe County, Texas to Edwin and Lola Dietert Jechow on January 18, 1938. She is preceded in death by her parents. Elvira is survived by her sister Viola Doege with husband Edward of La Vernia and two nephews Jeffrey and Russell Doege. She was a member of Friedens Church in Geronimo and Herman Sons Lodge #143 of Seguin. Elvira greatly enjoyed playing Bingo, dancing and gardening.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, Nov. 18th from 4 to 7 pm in the Chapel at Goetz Funeral Home. Funeral services will commence at 2 pm on Monday Nov. 19th with Rev. Lee Zillmann presiding at Goetz Funeral Home with interment following at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Friedens Church at 2555 Friedens Church Rd, Seguin, TX 78155 or to a charity of your choice.
