Evelyn E. Graf

Evelyn attended Bethany College in Bethany, OK, before transferring to business college in Wichita, Kansas. She entered the banking business and worked there for a number of years.

World War II was still on so she decided to join the US Army. Evelyn was stationed in Washington DC during her entire term of service. She married Fred Graf on July 3, 1955, and they lived in Kansas City for many years before moving to Zapata, TX.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Graf, and sisters Alice Wentworth and June Hines. She is survived by her sister, Donna Mayfield, and brother, Allen Ester.

A memorial service will be held in the chapel of Goetz Funeral Home at 2 pm on Wednesday, September 21st. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the 1st United Methodist Church of Seguin.
