

Lois Elaine Keith, 80, a resident of Seguin passed away peacefully at home on October, 7, 2013. She was the former director of the Seguin Chapter of Concerned Women of America and an advocate for animal protection with the ASPCA. Lois enjoyed quilting and tending to her flower garden. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed cooking and baking large family meals. She was devoted to Christ.
She is preceded in death by her parents Loyd and Florence Lipcaman. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Kenneth Keith, her children: Stephen Keith of Austin, Timothy Keith of San Antonio, Linda Morrison and husband Rudy of Jarrell, Gina Keith of San Antonio and Sara Keith of Seguin. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren: Ken Keith and wife Autumn of Fort Hood, Rhew Morrison of Marion, Leah Morrison of Jarrell, James Vaughan and fiancé Michelle Martinez of New Braunfels, Kensley Maurer and fiancé Robert Hamby of Juno, AK, Codi Diaz and husband Jorge of Seguin, Jennifer Maurer of Seguin, Rachael Bedford of San Antonio, David Bedford and fiancé Jessica of Seguin, Jachob Rice of San Antonio, Janae Rice of San Antonio, 4 great grandchildren and her sisters: Mary McClelland and husband Charles, Jean Lawrence and Barbara (Jo) Lewis and husband Roy.
Services will be held at Goetz Funeral Home with visitation on Thursday, October 10, 2013 from 6-8 pm. Funeral service will be on Friday, October 11 beginning at 2 pm with Pastor Al Houk presiding. Interment will follow at San Geronimo Cemetery. The family requests memorials be made to the American Heart Association or the ASPCA.
