Louis was preceded in death by his parents and brother Mike Franklin. He is survived by his wife, Carol Franklin; daughters Kimberly Powell and Stacey Landrie; grandchildren: Brandon Petenbrink, Alexis Landrie, Hannah Powell, Zachary Powell; brothers Jim and Lee Franklin; sister Pat Adams; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Sunday, May 15th in the chapel of Goetz Funeral Home.
