Saturnina Gil

Saturnina Gil, 86, of Seguin, died peacefully on June 16, 2013. She was born on Nov. 29, 1926 in Seguin to Juan De La Fuente and Angelita Flores De La Fuente. On December 4, 1944 Saturnina married Mr. Alfredo Gil in Seguin and to this union, five children were born.

In 2001, her beloved husband of 57 years, Alfredo Gil Sr. passed away; she is also predeceased by siblings, Andrea Morales, Rosa Villanueva, Pedro De La Fuente, Aniceto De La Fuente and Juanito De La fuente.

She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her; loving daughter, Gloria Gil Leos; four sons, Alfred (Diana), Gilberto (Diana) of Cedar Park, Tx, Robert and Reynaldo (Emaline) of Austin, Tx; three sisters, Maria Herrera, Sarah Villareal of Goleta, CA, Micaela Tristan of Oxnard, CA; twelve grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren and a host of loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 from 2:00 p. m. to 9:00 p. m. with the Rosary to be recited at 7:30 p. m. at Goetz Memorial Chapel. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 19, at 10:00 a. m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Seguin with Fr. David Tonary officiating. Interment to follow at San Geronimo Cemetery.
