Ann, I will miss you so much! I have so many fond memories from the first time I met you at 16 years old when I started working at Broderick's where you were a real estate agent (and to get a deal to close on time you, me, George and Roger painted a house up until around 11:00 at night) through the next 49 years lots of laughter and a dear friendship that I will cherish forever.

Kathy and family,
David and I send our heartfelt condolences on Ann's passing. She was such a special lady. She always made me feel welcome and called me her second daughter. She and George let me live with them when I interned in St. Pete back in college at FSU. I am eternally grateful for their generosity and kindness. We had many good times and laughs. Kathy, the apple, didn't fall far from the tree! She's been an angel these last years in taking care of both her parents. She always put their needs before hers.
Love you Kathy and see you soon.
