I loved to sit with Beth and sing the old hymns. She knew all of them, and if I stumbled on the words, she sang right on thru with good memory. Beth was a joy, a fellow Philadelphian, and a sincere believer in her Lord Jesus Christ. I will be seeing her again in her (and my) heavenly home.

We send our love and sorrow for your loss at this time. This is one of the finest Christian couples we have ever known. Beth was a good friend. We have wonderful memories of times we have shared. We will renew our friendship someday in Heaven. George, we are praying for all the family. We have never seen such a devoted husband in loving and caring for Beth this past 2 years and more. You will never regret it. Wish we could be there for the Celebration. Perhaps you will post it for us. Will continue praying for you all. Sending our love to you all --- Russ and Sharon Estill

George & Beth Buckley became friends of ours in 1973 when we both moved to Denver, Colorado and attended S. Sheridan Baptist Church. My wife and I were teachers at Silver State Baptist High School and had their two oldest boys (Dave and Craig) as students. Through the years they have been an example as a godly husband and wife and parents who loved and trained their children. I remember spending Thanksgiving with them in 1974 and they were always so gracious and had the gift for hospitality! I remember their Sandwich Shop in Evergreen, Colorado visiting it several times. I remember staying as a family with them in the late 80’s when we were on vacation with our family of six. I also went with Dave to the 25th class reunion of the Class of ‘76 and we stayed with George & Beth and later stayed with them in their mountain getaway and went white water rafting! Scott Buckley came to our church in Mt. Pleasant, MI. and attended CMU where we got to know him well and spent time with George & Beth several times. I am so grateful for George & Beth and deeply saddened by Beth’s home going but rejoice in her faith which guarantees her the gift of eternal life in heaven! We are praying for George and the family during this time of grief and separation for their loved one! Joyfully in Christ, Dan & Patty Currie

We have the best memories of Beth. She was known for her faithfulness and love for the Lord, her love for her husband, George, and her love for her sons and their families. She was an encourager to her many friends and to her church family. Beth believed by faith, lived by faith, and expected by faith her eternal home in Heaven promised to her by Christ Himself in John 14.

We send our love and prayers to George and the Buckley family.

I'm so thankful for Grandma's life and I have so many special memories...many trips out to Colorado, Winding River Ranch, Cora, sleeping in the "heart room" she decorated for me, precious books she gave me, time together in both Texas and Florida, a Christmas sleigh ride, and many, many more. Grateful for her example of selfless love for Granddad, her sense of humor and ability to laugh at herself, and her endless love and commitment to our family.
I'm so thankful for the time my girls were able to spend with her, and we will all miss her so much!
We love you, Grandma, and are thankful that you are whole, healed and with your Savior.

No matter what Beth was going through she always had a smile on her face. When she looked @ George you could see the special love & connection they had. What a special couple!
