73, of St. Petersburg, Florida, passed away April 30, 2013.
She was born May 27, 1939 in Indianapolis, Indiana, the daughter of Charles and Nancy “Mitchell” Horn.
Jackie was a floral designer and a nursing home activity director. She and her husband, LeRoy moved to St. Petersburg in 2005 from Rushville, Indiana.
Jackie was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Ralph Horn, and a sister, Donna Horn.
She is survived by her husband, LeRoy; and sisters, Juanita Lamm and Kathy Trammell, and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 5:00 pm Friday, May 3rd at the funeral home.
