Margaret H Harding Bower

88, of Beacon, New York, and formerly of Pinellas Park, passed away peacefully May 18, 2016 in New York. She was born September 5, 1927 in Kingston, New York, the daughter of John and Bessie “Stokes” Harding. Marge worked as a Postal Clerk in Stony Point, NY, a cafeteria worker in Tompkins Cove, NY, and a secretary in Letchworth, NY.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard W. Bower, a daughter, Victoria Rivera, son, Kenneth W. Bower; sisters, Rose Polis, Ann Rose, Harriet Kominski, and a brother, Arthur Harding.

Survivors include a daughter, Sharon Crist and her husband, Stephen; daughter-in-Law, LouAnn Bower; brothers, John Harding and his wife, Helen, and Tom Harding; a sister, Nancy O’Dell; six grandchildren, Heather Jones, Sarah Boyle, Gary Jones, Krystal Jones, Jessica Grim, and J.R. Bower; and thirteen great grandchildren.

Visitation held 10:00a.m., Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at Garden Sanctuary Funeral Home, the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow the service at Royal Palm South Cemetery in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Family and Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service 2:00 p.m., Sunday, May 29, 2016 at Northeast Baptist Church in Danbury, CT – 101 E Pembroke Rd, Danbury, CT 06811.
