He served his country in the Marines, enlisting at the age of 17, with his mother’s help. After an honorable discharge, Mike went on to have several jobs before landing on a career as an industrial plumber. What he lacked in formal education, he more than made up for with his life experiences and skills with his hands. He was rough around the edges, but had a heart of gold. He was always available to help anyone who needed him.
He was a firm rock of support, and the love of my life. I was privileged and blessed to be at his side for 32 years. He is survived by his brothers- Fred and David, sister Sue, and nieces, nephews, cousins, and me, his wife, Kristen. He is now in the arms of his mother, Barbara, and younger brother, Al, in Heaven, together and at peace.
He will be forever loved and missed.
