

94, of Largo, Florida, passed away Sept. 8, 2015 at Brookdale Pinecrest ALF in Largo. He was born Feb. 26, 1921 in Warwick Township, Pennsylvania, the son of Norman and Ada (Kendig) Keener. Paul was a retired electrician and an Army Veteran of WWII. Paul enjoyed golfing and bowling. He and his late wife, Helen, enjoyed traveling and visiting all of the continental United States, Canada, and England.
He is survived by a son, James P. Keener; a brother, Kenneth Keener; sisters, Esther Martin, Dorothy Snavely, and Jeanette Metzler; grandchildren, Justin M. Keener and Samantha Beuker, and five great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death a daughter Kathy (Kathleen Elaine) in 1988 and by sisters, Norma Carper and Miriam Buhr, and brothers, Harold and John Henry.
Paul will be laid to rest next to his beloved wife, Helen, at Garden Sanctuary Cemetery in Seminole, Florida. Memorial donations may be made to CTN (Christian Television Network) P.O. Box 6922, Clearwater, FL 33758. "In Memory of Paul Keener - Love Basket Offering"
