85, of Largo, passed away Apr. 19, 2012.
He was born in Findlay, OH and moved here in 1989 from Elkhart, IN, where he retired as a firefighter for the city after 23 years of service. A Navy Veteran of WWII, Paul was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church and American Legion Madeira Beach Post #273.
Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Jeanette “Jan”; a son, Thomas W; a daughter, Karin E. Thornburg, and a sister, Evelyn M. Phend.
A memorial service 11:00 am Monday, April 23, 2012 at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 11220 Oakhurst Rd. Largo, FL. Memorial donations may be made to Suncoast Hospice Foundation.
Funeral arrangements were made under the direction of Garden Sanctuary Funeral Home, 7950 131st St. Seminole, FL 33776.
