The Rotary Club of Beirut Cosmopolitan made a donation to the Children Cancer Center of Lebanon in Memory of Ralph.

I just learned of Ralph's passing and am so very saddened to hear of it. I worked with him at UT for about 7 years, 1 of which was under his management. He truly was a special man. Always upbeat, kind and a general joy to be around. Even after being diagnosed with cancer, he still showed up to work each day with a smile on his face and kind words to speak. My deepest condolences to his friends and family. The world definitely lost one of the good guys the day Ralph left us. 

I had known Ralph since we were children living in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He, Laura, my sister, and I attended the same private American school, and our fathers worked together. When not in school, our days were filled with mirth, mischief, and joy as we played together within the high walls of the compound we resided in. Ralph always had a smile on his face and possessed a desire to explore different areas of the compound. He taught me how to climb trees, become a fast sprinter, and more. In a country characterized by overwhelming oppression and astonishing societal restrictions, Ralph and Laura made life within the confines of our compound fun and wonderful. Our families became close-knit, and Ralph became like a brother to me. Our families continued to stay in touch with one another over the years, and, thanks to social media, it has been heartwarming to watch Ralph grow over the decades into a gentleman with a family. He always maintained that zest for life that he fostered since childhood. I will forever cherish our many fond memories of play and mischief-making together, and he will always have a special place in my heart. May he rest in peace now. My deepest condolences and sympathies to Lola, George, Laura, Sarah, and the rest of his family. My heart and thoughts are with you and I send you strength and love.

Ralph reminds us of the steadfast and ambitious Lebanese. His Charisma, kindness and politeness are traits inherent in his family. You are in a better place since GOD gave you the wish to continue the legacy through your newborn. You will always be remembered.

Ralph, mon cousin germain, est pour nous un exemple de courage et de force. Ns l’avons accompagné durant les 5 dernières années de sa maladie et nous l’avons vu faire face aux difficultés avec bcp de philosophie et même une touche d’ironie. 
Il a su vivre à fond jusqu’au bout, il s’est marié, a fait une extraordinaire lune de miel, il a eu petit Charlie qui est la marque de son amour pour ns.
Pour ne pas nous attrister, il savait trouver les mots et nous réconforter. Il nous a quitté tendrement pour veiller sur nous du ciel. 

Mes très Chers Lola et George , mes amis que j’aime tant, c’est avec une énorme tristesse et une douleur immense que je viens d’apprendre le départ de Ralph vers un monde sûrement meilleur de paix, de sérénité et d’amour inconditionnel auprès de Notre Seigneur 🙏🏻
Perdre son enfant , c’est perdre sa vie et perdre l’envie de vivre …mais, nous avons tous une mission et un devoir sur cette terrre et nous ne devons jamais baisser les bras car Lui seul sait, connaît le temps et décide de notre vie et Il est L’Alplha et l’Omega et c’est vers Lui que nous nous retournons 🙏🏻
Il faut rester forts autant que possible, garder La Foi, puiser notre force dans l’amour de La Croix et  de Marie, notre Mère et demander Leur aide. Et , n’oubliez pas qu’Il vous a laissé un petit  Charly, le don de Dieu, le miracle de la vie, le fruit de l’amour béni de Ralph et Sarah. Il faut garder l’espoir et lutter au quotidien même si cela semble impossible! Dieu est là ! Ralph est simplement parti de l’autre côté, Il veillle sur vous tous et toutes, c’est un ange qui repose dans la lumière éternelle 🙏🏻
Je sais que les mots sont parfois inconsolables et que la plaie saignera pour toujours dans vos cœurs… mais La vie ne nous appartient pas et notre seule consolation est notre foi , nous qui croyons à la vie éternelle et à la Résurrection des morts . 
Je ne sais quoi vous dire , je ne peux que m’unir à vous tous et toutes et spécialement à Georges, Lola, Sarah et Charly en un moment de recueillement et de prières pour le repos de la Sa si belle âme , l’âme bénie de Ralph 🙏🏻

Ralph could light a room. His laugh was contagious. The love between Ralph and Sarah was contagious. Being with them made everything  ok. Ralph loved my sister so much. Ralph will be missed my many, forgot by none. 

You will live in our hearts forever Ralph 

Ralph and I went to Eastwood College together and we were in the same class. He was a very kind human being and always smiling. 
I was very saddened by the news, it’s truly heartbreaking and a great loss. 
I send my condolences to Ralph’s family and friends. May his precious soul Rest In Peace.

We met Sarah and Ralph when they arrived at A Shelter for Cancer Families (ASCF) in Houston, Texas  seeking cancer care for Ralph’s sarcoma and expecting their first child, Charlie. My fondest memories were spent with Sarah and Ralph when A Shelter for Cancer Families hosted a baby shower for them on campus. The joy and love they both had for their unborn baby was palpable. After Charlie arrived and called ASCF his first home, it was my privilege to assist one of ASCF’s dear friends, photographer Meliezza Walker in taking newborn photos, family photos and photos of Sarah and Ralph individually. Meliezza and I spent hours with the beautiful Beyrouti family (newly a party of 3) and I will forever treasure having the opportunity to serve them in this special way. As always, each of you remain in my prayers. 

Lovely Ralph, one of the the most positive and courageous person  I have ever met.
