SCHATZ, Virginia R., 91, of St. Petersburg, Florida, passed away Thursday, August 6, 2015 at Suncoast Hospice Care Center in St. Petersburg. She was born March 15, 1924 in Greenfield, Indiana, the daughter of Thomas and Mary (Sitton) Strange. Virginia and her late husband, Robert, moved to Florida in 1980 from Greenfield. She was an avid bowler and bowled in local leagues and tournaments.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; brothers, Thomas, Donald, and Barry Strange; and sisters, Marcella Hendricks and June Clevenger. Survivors include a daughter, Connie (Cuzzort) Williams, and grandchildren, Bryan, Larry, and Randy Williams.
Virginia will be laid to rest with her late husband, Robert, at Garden Sanctuary Cemetery in Seminole, Florida.
