Beth Anne Holland

September 11, 1963January 5, 2019

Our Beloved Beth Anne Barr Holland, Left to walk in the sunlight of the spirit on the evening of Saturday January 5TH 2019. She was loved and cherished by all that had contact with her. She spent most of her adult life rambling the country working as a Respiratory Therapist, from Virginia Beach Virginia to Tampa / St. Petersburg Florida, to San Diego California and back to Northeast Ohio where she was originally from. She was Married to John J Holland Jr on January 23 2012 in Las Vegas Nevada by Elvis. After a few years in Ohio She migrated back to the Sunny South. She settled in Shallotte North Carolina near the Beaches of Ocean Isle and Holden Beach where she spent all her available time when she was not helping another. She owed her life to Alcoholics Anonymous, where she passed on her recovery to countless others and developed many friendships, and gained many extended families. She was a bird watcher, animal lover and amateur photographer and kept all the neighborhood birds sheltered and well fed. She always had a smile and a kind word to say. To help a stranger or make a new friend brought her very much happiness. Her passing will leave a huge void in many lives. Beth will be mourned and missed by literally hundreds of people whose lives she has touched.

Beth was one of a kind... She always shared her wisdom and always had a kind word! Always had smile on her face and was always there to listen. Beth, you are with our Linda & many others, again! Deep sadness that we won't see your face on this side of Heaven. The gifts you shared were received freely from our Higher Power & magnified thru your sweet, ornery disposition!! Rest in peace & know that we carry your memory always in our hearts. Fly high & free! Love & prayers to John & her family.

I will miss my sweet and sassy friend. I worked with Beth in Ohio ,she was a smart, funny, and a nonsense girl. We shared a love of good coffee and the beach. She always looked out for others and helped them when they needed it. May you be at peace now will be missed.
