Betty Bellamy

She was born in Brunswick County on March 17, 1940 the daughter of the late, Newnam and Etta Mintz. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. “Bunky” Bellamy and two brother and four sisters.

The mother of four children, Joanie Gales of Shallotte; Ricky Bellamy, Robbie Bellamy, Hugh Bellamy; six grandchildren, Heather Gales, Ashlyn Gales, Robbie Tucker, Joshua Mintz, Corinthia Mintz and Annie Russ; one great-grand daughter, Isabella Nevaeh; a daughter-in-law Vykky Bellamy; survived by four sisters;

Funeral service will be 3:00 PM Thursday September 3, 2015 at Jesus Way Liberty Tabernacle Church by Pastor Deborah Blythe officiating.

Burial will follow in the Silent Grove Cemetery.

The family will receive friend an hour prior to the service at the church.

Pallbearers will be Alan Bellamy, Greg Bellamy, Eddie Bellamy, Jerry King, Joshua Mintz, and Phil Gore.
