Bobby was born September 4, 1951, son of the late Leffel Campbell and Menice Ballew Campbell. He enjoyed watching television with his wife and taking walks on the Holden Beach pier while eating his favorite butter pecan ice cream. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Lynn Mintz, Glenda Campbell, and Janice Luby.
Survivors include his wife, Laura Campbell; children, John Campbell, Nicole Hurrell, Beth Campbell and Christy Keener; step-daughter, Brittany Wilson; brothers, Jim Rice and Randall Campbell; sister, Sherrill Davis; and three grandchildren.
Services will be held in Georgia at a later date.
