Bruce Douglas Esau

Mr. Esau was born in Brooklyn, New York on January 19, 1948. He was preceded in death by his father Franklin Esau, a wife Beverly Esau, a brother Lenny Esau, brother in-law, Bob Little. He worked for Coca Cola for 25 years and retired from Brunswick Family Assistance after 8 years of service.

Mr. Esau is survived by his mother, Emma Esau of Waynesville; his wife, Margaret Peggy Esau of the home; two sons, Matthew “Matt” Esau and wife Stephanie of Ohio, Douglas “Doug” Esau of Wilmington; two daughters, Patience Esau of Longwood, Emma Esau of Longwood; four step-children, Larry Kaplan and wife Lane of Raleigh, Krystal Grissett and husband Eddie of Longwood, Samantha Vonwald of Longwood, Heather Vonwald and fiancé Matt of Longwood; two sisters, Diane Little of Waynesville, Darlene McGuire of Wilmington; four grandchildren, Jordan, Harper, Isaac, Mia.

Funeral services will be held Saturday September 23, 2017 at three o’clock in the afternoon at the White Funeral and Cremation Service Chapel, 3660 Express Dr., Shallotte with Reverend John Causey officiating.

Friends are invited to a time of visitation with the family on Saturday afternoon from one o’clock until three o’clock before the service at the funeral home.
