Chuck was born on May 2, 1945, son of the late LaVerne Barner and Margaret Weaver Barner.
He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Arleen Barner, two daughters Sherri Breinich of Coplay, PA and Kim Warrington of Allentown Pa, seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Chuck grew up in Allentown and attended William Allen High School and Bethlehem Business School.
He was an accomplished golfer and a classic car enthusiast. His sharp intelligence and quick sense of humor kept everyone on their toes. He will be greatly missed by family and friends alike.
A Celebration of His Life will be held at a later date.
