Charles Edward Gandee

Mr. Gandee was born June 18, 1950 in South Charleston, West Virginia, son of the late Robert Gandee and Betty Prince Gandee. He moved to North Carolina in 1996 where he began C.E. Gandee, Inc. Electrical Contractor Company. His company grew to be very successful with over 60 employees. His dream was to live at the coast and fish as much as possible. He was preceded in death by one son, Charles Gandee, II.

Survivors include his wife Joyce Gandee of Supply, formerly of Mebane; children, Katie Gandee of Chapel Hill, North Carolina and KC Gandee and wife Courtney of Rutland, Vermont; sister, Dian White and husband Bob of Carolina Shores, North Carolina; niece Liz LaDow, husband Ralph of Powder Springs, Georgia; mother-in-law, Doris Wallis of Ellwood City, Pennsylvania; brothers-in-law, David Wallis and wife Angela of Aiken, South Carolina, Bruce Wallis and wife Taffie of Wooster, Ohio, and Kurt Wallis and wife Kim of Winfield, Missouri; and sister-in-law, Joanne Crowther of Ellwood City, Pennsylvania.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a date and time to be determined.
