Christine was a person that you could rely on whenever help was needed, whether a project at church, something special baked right up in her kitchen, or if you just needed someone to sit and talk a spell with. She was always one of the first willing to help whatever I asked. Over the years, I came to trust her judgment and wisdom as well as her advice that was always so well thought out and helpful. She was a great friend, and I know our lives will never be quite the same without her bright light in it. One of my most cherished childhood memories is sitting at the table in Christine’s kitchen with a big slice of cake with her delicious homemade chocolate icing smeared all over it and a tall glass of cold milk to wash it down on a hot sunny day. I always knew how deeply she cared about and loved me for she never failed to wrap me in one of her big ole hugs and remind me every time I saw her. No one could ever find a better and more caring friend. Christine has left us with so many wonderful memories. I will cherish them forever. My deepest sympathy goes out to Greg and the family during these most difficult of days. We love you as we loved Christine, and we are here to assist in any way needed.

I have been to church all my life with this precious little saint! Our Sunday school class love and miss her. There are so many precious memories I could never share them all here. If everyone could love the way Christine loved, the world would be a netter place. Till we meet again, tine, we love you.

Mrs. Christine was the kindest most sweet person I new. She always had a hug for you when ever she saw you and if you went to her house you had to eat something or else. She always fed the hungry hunters when they went hunting, I mean some big ole biscuits to fill you up.. Allen and Zach for sure remember those biscuits and all the hugs at church on Sunday morning. God has took home a beautiful angel to grace his household and she will greatly be missed among us all. prayers for you Greg and the family and if you need anything we are here...

Mrs. Christine was one of the most loving and caring women I have ever known. She always had a word of encouragement or was so concerned with how I or someone else was doing. In my younger years she was my Sunday School Teacher. When I was young Mama, Daddy, Leanne, Mr. Keith. Mrs. Christine, Greg, and I would go to Wilmington at Christmas to see the lights will never forget those memories. She will always have a place in my heart and I will see her someday in Heaven. What a blessing she was to my life! Greg always remember we are here for you and we love you.
