Gloria J Evans

Gloria was born May 24, 1949 in Hall County Georgia to the late Carol Pate. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt. In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her husband Ottrue Evans, Sr., her grandmother "Mama" Annabelle Clark, brothers Carl Gilleland, Marshall Clark and Andrew Lee Pate.

She had a passion for helping others and loved her grandchildren dearly.

She is survived by two children, Jessica Fulford and husband Willie, Ottrue Evans, Jr. and wife Shannon; grandsons, Conner Evans, Glenn Evans and wife Danielle and Brand Todd; granddaughter, Nevaeh Stevens; great grandson, Allen Evans; sisters, Frances Stallings, Sue Roles, Jennifer Tyndall (Keith); brothers, Anthony Pate (Etha), Major Clark; sister in-law, Lena Pate and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Wednesday Evening July 29th from six o'clock until eight o'clock at White Funeral and Cremation Service, 4690 East Coast Lane, Shallotte.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday July 30, 2026 at two o'clock in the afternoon at White Funeral and Cremation Service, Lou Ellen White Memorial Chapel.

Interment will follow in the Evans Family Cemetery on Wesley Trail in Supply.

A Funeral Service will take place at White Funeral and Cremation Service in the Lou Ellen White Memorial Chapel, 4690 East Coast Lane, Shallotte, NC, on July 30, 2026, at 2:00 pm.

Interment will be at Evans Family Cemetery, Wesley Trail, Supply, NC.
