Hilda Hartis Hall

Mrs. Hall was born in Henry County, Virginia on March 30, 1934 and was the daughter of the late John Franklin Hartis and Maude St. Claire Hartis. She was wife of the late Morris J. Hall and was also preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah Jane Hall, siblings, Billy Hartis, Frank Hartis and Shirley Hartis Hodges. She attended Longwood College in Farmville Virginia and then earned her Masters Degree in education at the University of Virginia. She was a retired school teacher. She was an avid sports lover, especially golf and she also enjoyed camping and playing bridge. She was a member of Camp United Methodist Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Kimberlee L. Hall of Disputanta, Virginia; four grandchildren, Caleb, Brianna, Camryn and Courtney; loyal caretaker and great niece, Sara Roetken of Shallotte.

Services will be private.
