Janice Stevens

Janice was born September 24, 1953, in Brunswick County, North Carolina, daughter of the late Murdick Caison and Malissie Hewett Caison. She was a member of New Vision Pentecostal Freewill Baptist Church. Her kind nature made it easy to adore her. She would help anyone that needed her help and was loved by many. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Wade Caison and Steve Caison.

Survivors include her four children; William Christopher "Chris" Dennis and wife Kristina of Little River, South Carolina, Chasity Johnson and husband Michael of Supply, North Carolina, Cecia Geoghan and husband Jeremy of Little River, South Carolina, and Chrissie Stevens and significant other Kristin Bryant of Margaretsville, North Carolina; four grandchildren, Starr Babson, Michaela Johnson, Elizabeth Dennis, and Desmond Geoghan; two sister, Mary Ann Jennida of Supply, North Carolina and Diane Leonard of Supply, North Carolina; sister-in-law, Sandra Williams of Shallotte, North Carolina.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at eleven o'clock in the morning at White Funeral and Cremation Service, 4690 East Coast Lane, Shallotte, North Carolina. Please wear purple since that was her favorite color. Burial will follow in Henry Williams Family Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
