

Jenifer was born in North Plainfield, New Jersey, daughter of Ralph and Nancy Bianchi. Jenifer was a fearless warrior in the fight against ALS.Jenifer graduated from Virginia Tech earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. She lettered on the VT Track team and served in the Student Government. She was a member of the APO fraternity committed to local organizations. Jenifer was chosen to participated in the JET program, sponsored by the Japanese Government to teach English and American Culture to Japanese Children. She received her New Jersey Teacher Certification K-12 and taught autistic children for her first job. She also taught at two New Jersey High Schools for several years before attending University of North Carolina Wilmington earning Master's Degrees in History and Liberal Studies. She later attended the University of Delaware working on a doctorate in Criminal Justice. Jenifer was active in the North Carolina Chapter of the ALS Association and participated in numerous activities to bring awareness to this disease.
Jenifer is survived by her parents, Ralph and Nancy; her brother Brian and his wife Lorice and her favorite nephews Mason and Cooper.
A celebration of Life will be held at the Pink Palace in Sea Trail, Sunset Beach, NC on August 12, 2023 beginning at 1:30PM.
