You was like my brother,we shared so many memories.. we made a pack to take care of each other.. I did everything you asked..as your last wishes.. I hope and pray, you are finally happy..last few years were rough ones..but I would do it all over again.. I went to our little go to place and had a chat with you.. I am so glad you are no longer suffering..that was very rough to hold to that promise..but I feel confident I did everything you wanted..now you rest in peace brother..I've got this.. remember I'm pretty strong..but I miss the phone calls and texts, and making sure you had your dinner.. I pray that people let you rest.. until we meet again.. I miss you..love your not blood sister.. I thank all whom was there nurses and doctors..boy we had a bunch.. I could go on forever...But just know you was a good hearted man..you asked me that a week before you was gone...so take that with you on your waves..r.i.p...jr

I met John and one of his brothers when I was his father's nurse., at Montgomery General Hospital. John kept the nursing staff in laughter as did his dad. We were constantly calling John over things his dad was doing; he sneaked and lit a cigarette, hid it in a paper towel roll, which caught on fire, he threw it in trash can which caught on fire! John's 2 children and him along with my twin daugjters at the time had a lot of good times. John, I sm so sorry for all the suffering you have went through in the last 10 plus years. You are now in heaven, that is the ultimate goal. You are pain free and now at rest. You touched peoples's lives in a wonderful way. You made everybody feel important! John Michael & Bridgette I pray God has sent the comforter to you. Your family and his friend Sherry are in my prayers. Love Lisa.

My dear brother in law Johnny, we will miss you so very much. You were a very kind and caring person. You would literally give someone the shirt off your back if they were in need. Your pain is finally over and you are with God and your parents. You were welcomed into God's kingdom. Praise be to God, the Father, Son and Holy Ghost. Amen!
