Martin "Marty" Fulford

Marty was born in Brunswick County on July 7, 1958 and was the son of the later Hinton Alfred Fulford Sr. and Elizabeth Kaufman Fulford. He was also preceded in death by a son, Trey Martin Fulford. Marty was a Service Technician for Fulford Heating and Air for 48 years. He had a passion for the outdoors where he loved to fish and hunt, most especially turkey hunting. He will always be remembered for his contagious smile and his beautiful eyes. Marty will be missed dearly by his family and many friends.

Marty is survived by his siblings, Gail Beck, Al Fulford and wife Teresa, and Beth Boling and husband Gary all of Supply; his pet bird, Mack; nieces and nephews, Heather Clemmons, Justin Fulford, Brad Fulford, Rachel Hewett, Drake Phelps and Taylor Phelps and numerous great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Monday, February 23, 2026 at two o'clock in the afternoon at Sabbath Home Baptist Church with Reverend Mike Hewett and Reverend Gary Boling officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Justin Fulford, Brad Fulford, Brandon Hewett, Brennan Dosher, Drake Phelps, Jeff Caison, Larry Hewett and Alex Tatum.

The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
